Assessment answers can include nationality, income, family situation, and immigration history. This page explains the main controls used to protect that data.
EU-region core storage
Core application, assessment, report, and internal order records are stored in EU-region database infrastructure.
International processing
Selected providers may process limited data outside the EU/EEA for website delivery, email, payments, AI-assisted report writing, support, and security. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards apply.
Report access
Saved results and reports are available through authenticated account access or time-limited return links, not public files.
Restricted access
Production data access is limited to active founders and service providers needed to operate, secure, and support the product.
AI-assisted report writing
AI may draft selected explanatory passages from structured profile and scoring facts. The rules engine makes route decisions. Current requests require zero-data-retention routing and deny provider data collection.
Retention
We retain assessment and report data while needed to provide saved results, accounts, reports, support, security, legal compliance, and product quality. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Payments
Payment details are entered with our payment provider, not collected directly by ReloClear. We retain transaction references, report status, tax details, and receipt metadata needed for accounting, support, and access control.
User rights
Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data under the GDPR. Deletion requests may be limited where data must be retained for legal, security, accounting, or dispute reasons.
